Refund Policy

 We handle refunds on a case by case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please fill out our contact form or email us at so we can resolve the issue. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your session. If you do not give at least 24 hours notice, we cannot provide a refund or reschedule without a fee. 

Note: We are not responsible for time lost if you arrive late to your online session. Our stylists are not required to extend session lengths to accomodate a late arrival.
