REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
We handle refunds on a case by case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please fill out our contact form or email us at email@example.com so we can resolve the issue. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your session. If you do not give at least 24 hours notice, we cannot provide a refund or reschedule without a fee.
Note: We are not responsible for time lost if you arrive late to your online session. Our stylists are not required to extend session lengths to accomodate a late arrival.
